iPhone Art album on Carplay

I have ios13 public beta, and when I originally dowloaded it, the art album picture was showing on the now playing full screen, this past weekend it stopped showing it and the screen went back to it’s ios12 original format. Anyone else experiencing this?

I've actually never gotten the album art like that... I feel cheated lol
