iPod Artwork for Reference movie files

HI everyone,

Well i have a huge movie/Tv collection in Itunes, i use reference files to link itunes to my external HD, i just spent hours getting all the movie posters and cant tag them to the movies through itunes as they are AVI/MOV/DIVX rather than the itunes MP4 or whatever. so anyone know how i can embed artwork for these formats before putting them into itunes? please help im a perfectionist with this kinda of crap.......
