A few months ago, I moved an external library to a new mac. Everything transported well, no problem, songs and artwork all happy together. But for some mysterious reason, I could no longer add artwork.

Went to Apple store and genius tells me that there was a "quiet change" to the adding artwork procedure.

Now instead of highlighting the album, then going to: file> get info and dragging artwork into the box, he tells me to highlight the tracks, then drag the artwork into the "Now Playing" box on the left side of the screen, below the scroll. This works, but only for the track playing at the time.

The album cover appears in the scroll, but if I'm playing a different track, then the "Now Playing" window is empty, so I assume I'll have the same problem on the iPod after I synch it, which is a bummer as I often look at the screen from a distance to see what song is playing and the album cover helps me identify it without having to walk over to the device or get my binoculars out.

Anyone know can I get iTunes to accept the album art for the whole album, not just one song?
