iPod artwork to mp3 ID?

itunes' "get artwork" fetches from itunes's library but it doesn't embed into the mp3 ID itself. does anyone know what app (pref. free or cheap) that does this? or maybe even an itunes way? thx

1) Right click on a track you want to embed the artwork into
2) Go to the 'artwork' tab
3) Copy the album artwork
4) Paste it back into the box

This will embed the artwork into the ID3 tags of the file .
