I tried to find from the web about how to run iPhone OS3 and iOS4 or iPad OS 3.2 on Android but most the web I found, talk about how to run Android on iPhone.

If there is such thing, one day, I hope can get "iPad" with the reliable price

It is probably impossible, because iOS is written to run on only specific hardware. Android, like Windows, is written to run on anything.
