Asking For OLD apple ID verification

Over and over and over it is asking me this. My apple ID is new and new email added to iphone device.

It says 'apple id verification needed-got to settings'

i go and my old email is sitting to be logged into icloud, saying this is my apple id, which it is not.

I tried to sign out of Icloud in setting and delete from iphone, but it doesnt sign out.

Anything else i can do to get this resolved???

It's got like 30 apps and so uninstalling will help?

If you have apps from different iTunes accounts you will have to sign in to both of them as a security measure. If it signs you into the old one just sign out and use your new one from now on. You would have to repeat this if you restore the phone in the future. Or maybe just buy these apps on your new account and forget the old one entirely.
