Assassin's Creed help

Hey, so I have been playing this game for a while and am very comfortable with all of the controls. There is one point that I am stuck on and am wondering if anybody can help me. It is the part where the character follows a girl underground and one must jump from a wooden log onto a ledge to get to the next blue circle. Here are some screen shots:











I have tried for hours to get to the ledge and I cannot find a way. Every time I try and jump to the other side, I never get close. Does anyone know how to get to the blue circle?

Haha ya I know it is. That's why I was afraid to post this at first cause I knew people would laugh. Then I was like oh well, we're all friends here haha. But I did finally figure it out. Apparently there's a huge difference between pressing the jump button and pushing the jump button, like holding it down for a second rather than just a tap.

Hi, if you just use the jump button, you will always jump too short. Try to run as fast as possible right and jump at the same time, you will jump a little bit further to reach at least the edge.

How did you get past the water on the same level? It keeps pushing me back.

If it's the water coming down from the ceiling, wait for it to stop and then go. If it's the water with the raft, you have to jump once on the first raft then the second jump should be to the next raft. The second jump should be one of those flipping jumps.

i have the same problem: i can't get past the water what is coming down from the top and blocks my way! It doesn't stop or anything =| what am i doing wrong?^^
