Woww. I dislike how it looks the Nintendo DS version, though (with a few changes) :(.

I figured if they released this game for the iPhone/iPod touch (which I didn't think they would at all) they'd have a completely different style...maybe one like the PC version (though I dunno how they'll get that to be playable).

I'll have to see a video of the gameplay before I even consider this. I loved AC for my PS3, but I am concerned about the controls for the iPhone. Also, for $10 it better have a high replay value or at least a lot of levels.

Actually, here is a youtube video of the gameplay. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkZ39563sew

I got this and holy moly, it's certainly one of the best games out. Even though it's not completely polished, the functions it has is just unbelievable for what it is. I played for three hours yesterday and time was flying. Deffo recommended.

Arn seems to indicate that it's expected to last about 3-5 hours, which I guess would put it somewhat longer than Hero of Sparta and maybe a bit longer than Brothers in Arms as well, but not much.

On the flip side, by history, Gameloft games do not remain at launch price for very long. This should be available for less fairly soon....

Looks really good, but I probably won't get it... I've bought a couple of these types of games and don't ever play them for very long... a big waste of $10 for me :( i dont even play my xbox anymore, sad...

Is your touch jailbroken? If so you may want to do a quick reboot into safe mode with SBSetting before playing. I do it with most of the Gameloft games and they never crash after that.

I hope the new iphone doubles the amount of RAM. Hard drive space has nothing to do with it.

hard to find help via gameloft, dont mind $9.99 for good title, but hopefully they'll get a fix out there as several people have reported this

Caved in after seeing Assassin's Creed was still reviewed at 4.5 stars after 35 reviews. So far, I'm impressed, and it's one of the few iPhone games that has me not just entertained or challenged, but actually right into the game. I was at first wary of the controls, but they work great, and I like the upgrades, combination sword techniques, and the setting (fascinated by the crusades and the middle east at that time).

Gameloft has put out a few titles that I half regret getting (not bad, but overshadowed by other apps I much preferred), but this is well worth the cost.
