I was going through Photos and assigning faces and somehow combined my wife and my faces in the People album. I'm trying to de-assign but can't figure it out. I am running the current Public Beta of iOS 11, but think this is just a screw up on my end.

AFAIK the only way to unassign a face from a photo is by going to the face album, clicking the face, select, show faces, select the faces and then click share > not this person

I found that as well a few weeks ago. I think that is a poor location to display that option, as I would have never thought to look for it there. I searched and searched, and searched and did not find that option.... Later, when I went SHARE an old photo that synced in from my Mac (circa 2003)...I saw the option at that time...so, now I know where it is.

Thanks. It’s not very intuitive but did the trick.
