Nice idea! :)

If you're doing this to learn photography, may I please give you a couple of constructive suggestions?

1) Be very aware of surroundings. Either use every item in the picture for a purpose or get rid of it.

2) I think the cap would look better if you draped it more over the back of the Mac... that way it'll look less boxy.

3) Don't use a flash -- get a couple of lamps from next door rooms or something, and pay attention to shadows.

4) Get down on your knees. *Puts riding crop away* :D Seriously, another thing to be aware of is where you're taking the shot from. It looks like you stood and took the picture at normal standing eye level. You want to avoid that. Start with shots where you're looking straight on at the target. And you can also try using an extreme angle, like looking down on it from up top. But avoid the 6' tall man's eye view. :)

5) If you take a rectangle, and divide it by thirds, lengthwise and heightwise, and draw four lines to represent this (one horizontal line one-third from the top, one one-third from the bottom, etc), then those lines, and particularly the intersections between those lines, are the places where attention is naturally drawn. So whatever in the picture you want people to look at should be on those lines, inasmuch as possible. So an example in this case would be to try to get the white brim of the hat on the bottom horizontal 1/3 line and the poofy ball on the tip of the hat at the corner between the top horizontal and left vertical. Does that make sense?

If you're just playing, sorry, please feel free to ignore.

Anyway, keep shooting! :)
