How do I by-pass or best yet totally get rid of the assistive touch crap on my iphone 12 ? It is ALWAYS in the way and just another pos that takes time to turn on and off and navigate around. ( hate it ) Is it absolutly necessary or can I delete this horrible problem ?

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > and Assistive Touch is on the top. It can be toggled off there.

Thanks for the info, but I understand this. Let me rephrase the question in stronger terms.
I HATE the assitive touch crap and want to get rid of it. 1. - Is it neccessary ? 2. - Can I accept Apple-crap without this annoying p.o.s. ? 3. How can I delete it completely from my phone.

As @Mark Stone pointed out, you can turn it off. But to answer your third question in three words: Android mobile phone.
