Shortly after I updated to iOS 14.5 on my 11 Pro Max, I noticed my battery dropping at a much higher rate. I went into the Battery settings and discovered that AT&T MobileSecurity was eating as much power as all my other open apps combined. Yesterday, my full battery charge, which typically lasts all day, was depleted by 6 p.m., and my phone was hot to the touch. I immediately deleted the app, and that seems to have stopped the battery drain and cooled things down.

I've reached out to AT&T support, but haven't received a response yet. Anybody else experience this issue?

Yes, I have the same issue.
last time I checked AT&T Mobile Security took up 82% of my battery. I since deleted the app.
