AT&T or Verizon stores selling Wi-Fi models?

i believe only 3g models for their carrier because they can get people to activate there. eventhough you really don't have to. I know at&t has a promotion online for a month free of 2GB data.
 
3G as they have a vested interest in selling the 3G. They sell you a wifi model, then that reduces the potential of getting $$ from the 3G data plan.
