Yes, the one that has never worked (at least for me). So, good riddance to that.

You wouldn't. In theory the message will queue up and will be delivered to your phone Friday.

Or....just update your carrier settings now and enjoy MMS a few days early
(I have been sending & receiving MMS on my iPhone 3GS for about 2 weeks now).

I've been using it for a couple weeks now (with a hack, of course). I used it a lot the first few days but useage has dwindled down. I haven't recieved the message yet, but I have noticed that my picture messages are going through a lot faster.

You wouldn't. In theory the message will queue up and will be delivered to your phone Friday.

Messages don't queue forever. I don't know if it's the same there but here they only queue for 24 hours.
