Hey guys!

So I was just coming out of work and I was going to be using my phone. I was entering a zone where I know where there was "no service", so I waited to use my phone. When I came into an area that I always know I have 5 bars, I got "no service".

When the iPhone showed "no service", I was successfully able to make a phone call. When I got off the phone, the upper left hand corner still said "no service." Later, I wanted to check the stocks and weather and I could not get any data through being under "no service."

For the time being, I restarted my phone and everything was working fine again.

This has happened to me here and there. I have restored the firmware before but it never seems to solve the problem.

I know this is probably a software glitch, but do any of you get this effect? I've always had a hard time with this issue because my bars fluctuate and do not show correctly at times.

I appreciate your input. Thank you! :)

Thanks for your input. I was just curious. :)
Hopefully Apple can fix this in a software update in the future.
