this has been an ongoing situation since last year, when AT&T inadvertently took my 7,500+ rollover minutes. They returned almost the entire amount, but yesterday they took 1500 and scheduled 5900 more to "rollback" to them. Called and the first representative said "oh, this is normal" and I stopped her and asked to speak to a supervisor; eventually they decided NOT to take all my minutes, but give me 300 per month for the next two years. Maybe it's resolved, but maybe it's not....
