At&t will have the $200 price drop at their stores right?

Hey Guys,

Simple question, even though it is about 5 hours after we learned of the price drop the at&t site still shows the iphone in its previous price.

And also if I were to go to an At&t store tomorrow they will sell me the 8GB at the new price right?

Yes. The managers already got e-mails. See my post also in this forum if you've bought one at AT&T Store in the last 14 days.

I already called At&T in my city. 8gig is now $399, 4gig is $299 while supplies last, they wont get more in.


FREE IPHONE?

I'm thinking of getting the most expensive phone they have when I sign up and sell it on ebay. If I get $300 for it my new 4gig phone will be free...now I just have to decide which plan to get or go the prepaid route.

...wonders if there will be a line in the morning

I kind of doubt it mostly because it requires a 2 year service plan... and people as far as i know they won't go out and buy 400 dollar phones (so nice to say 400 instead of 600)...mostly now because of the ipod touch.

I really don't know what to expect myself....I just hope they'll be some this weekend so that I can go with my Dad and sign up for the At&t family plan...
