At the risk of sounding stupid... I don't have Siri?

So i finally got my 4S activated, and restored from backup.

Went to test Siri, held down the home button... and I got normal voice control.

Intuition tells me I've done something incredibly stupid and wrong. But it's been one of those days, and I'll be damned if I can figure out what's going on. I just wanna play with Siri a few minutes and go to bed... help?

EDIT: and yes... 30 second after I give up and post... I finally find the setting to turn it on...

It's not on by default?! That's weird...

I think if you start with a blank 4S, it is on, but if you restore a backup from a previous phone, it is off by default.

Its off by default if you restore from a backup. my wife called me in a panic before about that.
