Hi everbody,
I bought the new Apple TV and suffer from the HDMI handshake problem described here (inverting colors with a Philips TV):

I am now asking myself: Do I send the device back to Apple within the 14 days or do I wait for a new firmware? If this is NO hardware problem, I have no problem still waiting a few weeks for a fix - however, if this is a hardware thing, I am afraid Apple won't accept my return after waiting for too long ...
Anybody here can guess if this is hardware related or fixable with a new firmware? Thanks in advance!
