Ive just brought a new 27" 2010 i5 to upgrade from my late 2009 21.5" with a ATI Radeon HD 4670.

Been doing tests all day and the 5750 video card is GREAT

But I'm not liking the small fonts and large 27" screen. Its killing my eyes/head and still sitting on the fence about what to do with it.

So tonight I read all about the new 21.5" with the ATI Radeon HD 5670 with 512MB. Its about 10% quicker on the GPU ????

The i5 on the imac 21.5" isn't worth the extra money so basically the new 21.5" just offeres me a i3 and 5670 video card.

So if I returned the 27" and brought the top end 21.5" how does this really compare with a 4670 and 3.06 Core 2 duo?

I'm kind of at a lose here, i live the 5750 and playing games on the 27" is great but the basics like browsing and email is a killer on the eyes.

The menu's and tabs are to high and small.

Have you considered lowering the resolution, try 1920x1080 (or 1920x1200, I can't remember the aspect ratio of the screen). It's still high res, but it should make things a little big bigger and might be easier on your eyes.
