I just installed XP recently on my C2D MBP and tried to use the ATI Tool and as soon as i click on "find max mem" or "find max core" it takes me to a blue screen of death and the fans rev up to max and the system becomes un-usable forcing a hard shutdown.

Any idea why this is?, i downloaded the latest stable version by the way.

Can one of you clarify just a bit more precisely what you did?

It makes it easier for the "cheap seats", or at least for me.

Downloaded the version he asked and while its a bit buggy it works okay. My goal was to find the max core/mem available not necessarily overclock anything
