ATI X1600 not passing Windows Logo Testing

On my MBP I cannot seem to figure out how to get ATI to pass the Win logo testing (honestly I don't know what that is). How do I solve this problem?

XP or Vista? what's your spec?

Windows XP. My specs:

15.4-inch widescreen display
1440x900 resolution
2.0GHz Intel Core Duo
512MB (single SODIMM) 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM
80GB 5400-rpm Serial ATA hard drive
4x SuperDrive
ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 with 128MB GDDR3 memory
One FireWire 400 and two USB 2.0 ports

Windows logo testing is just a driver certification by Microsoft. Ignore it and install the latest driver.

Do I have to re-install Windows drivers or Mac drivers and how do I go about doing that?
