I changed mine - definitely much quieter.

Of course now, I have become paranoid that I have damaged the card - even though it passes all tests in ATItool, every slight glitch in the graphics (which are slight and in games made years before the card was available), I see as a possible problem - even though it clearly isn't.

The other worry is that the cooler exhausts the air directly towards the motherboard. However, my card never gets much beyond 70 degC when stressed, and of course the exhaust isn't going to be anywhere near that temperature.

Have anyone use the ArtiClean for cleaning the paste off and re-surfing it surface?

I just finish installing the Accerelo X2 with the ATI X1900 XT. Definitely much quieter. I'm a bit worry though, maybe a little too paranoid too. I think I messup the final step. I'm using ArctiClean Thermal Remover to clear off the paste off of the ATI Card GPU. Then I'm suppose to use the ArtiClean Thermal Surface Purfier and put a few drop onto the surface and wipe it dry. The thing is I forgot to wipe it dry and put the card on. I only put 1 drop but I didn't know I'm suppose to dry it. I try open it again to wipe it dry but it stuck on really good with the double sided 3m masking. What to do?

Keep on eye on the temperature while you stress the card. If it does not get too hot, you are OK.

I'm just scared it going to get leak and damage the card. It may take other thing with it too, but that a little stressing it. It seam to work fine and temperature usually stay stable. Under heavy stress I see the highest it went is 68. I just notice fews glitches with on my monitor when playing 3D sometime. Anyone have this after installing the Accelero X2?
