For those that used ATT direct fulfillment for order their iPhones, mine was delivered today via UPS (Thursday, July 5th). I ordered it last Friday on iPhone Day.
If you were trying to cancel your direct fulfillment order, ATT suggests you REFUSE the shipment. That's apparently the best (possibility only) way to get a full refund.
