if i have a iphone 3gs that is not unlocked and i have a go phone sim card with minutes and data on it and with the iphone has already been active from someone else using it will i be able to put the sim card in the iphone from my go phone and use it?

and is a 100 mb package with the go phone enough for the iphone for 1 month.

AFAIK AT&T's official position is that iPhones don't work with prepaid service. Assuming that they don't have something in place to specifically block iPhones on prepaid accounts, I'd say you'll probably be able to make calls but data may or may not work.

And no, 100 MB is nowhere near enough for an iPhone that's getting anything close to normal usage.
