I'm on the 200 txt plan and I've gone over by 5-10 so far. I've read in various places you can upgrade to the 1500 texts by phone and the CSR will remove overages. Does this work online as well? If I change my txt plan online will it wipe out my current overages and it also means I have 1500 - whatever i've already used for the rest of the billing cycle?

I don't think it does work online, I'd suggest calling and doing it, being polite and just seeing if they'll do it. I don't remember when I switched plans if they retroacted it or not (it was a while ago).

I actually did it online already but will call them and ask in a little bit. But, the 1500 should start working immediately or am I still on 200 for the rest of the billing cycle?

If I recall, the 1500 plan didn't start for me until the next billing cycle, but I do remember doing it pretty close to the end of the current cycle, the good news is that extra text (if you have to pay) are only a few cents a piece, still nice not having anything extra on your bill though.
