So, I've emailed a picture from my iPhone to my mom's iPad and she gets a question mark. When I email to my iPad, the picture is there.

My gmail account is routed via MobileMe, but my mom's gmail is setup via IMAP. Is this a problem?

Does she have the images in the email section turned off? It's an option in Settings. I turned mine off for awhile so I didn't have to see ads in spam mail, but turned it back on to see good stuff.

I don't use the same email stuff you do so this is just a thought.

No, that's the weird thing. That is set to on.

I have no problems try the free postcard app and and pics to it and see what happens.

I don't understand why I need to do that. Mine works hers doesn't.

Problem solved.

After further digging around, I read a suggestion to delete her account and re-add the account. Lo and behold, that worked.
