I'm an outside sales rep and am trying to find a easy way to sync all my files. I use an Ipad, Mac, and Iphone for work, and have moved all my sales PDFs to my Desktop (Cloud) and Ibooks). I also have chosen to use the outlook app and not put my corporate email on the native mail to keep work a bit isolated. However, from the Outlook app, I can't pull from ibooks or my desktop (cloud). Anyone know if there is a way to access ibooks from the Outlook app.

Secondly, is there an an app or a way to save an email template with attachments I can access for quick emails to clients? After each meeting I'd like an email to go out saying "thanks for you time, etc., attached are the items we covered" and include 2-4 attachements

Thanks!

The friendly folks at Microsoft added "Save as Template" to Outlook 2016 over a year ago...but it's only for Office 365 subscribers!

Try this...make your template email and save as a "draft". Now go to the Drafts folder, select the email and option-drag it to just below where it is. That should make a copy with which you can proceed.

That will save one email to the draft folder, but once I send once its gone, right? I need something where I can send the same email body (with attachments) over and over again with a few clicks

For file attachments the Outlook app appears to be able to attach files from Microsoft's OneDrive (including OneDrive for Business and Office 365), Box, Dropbox, and Google Drive.

There are many mail apps that work with Outlook/Exchange (assuming that is your business email service) that might offer the ability to attach files from iOS Files and iBooks. Then again it doesn't look like iBooks gives me any options for forwarding other than the native mail app.

You could also just use OneDrive. It works great with iOS, and then your sales PDFs will be available from any device/browser.

As far as templates go: I bet a third party mail app would have much better support for this type of thing. The Outlook app is very good, but you're looking for a bit of a specialty feature.

Navigate to the Drafts folder where your "template" draft email is located. Hold down the option key, click on (hold mouse button) and drag the message down half an inch. Let go of the mouse button. Did it make a copy?

Outlook email app on iOS doesn't sync drafts created on web (gmail)
