You don’t have one. They’re either paid VPNs or free VPNs. Express VPN is one of the better ones by the cost.So I looked it up. A VPN is a Virtual Private Network. I don't know if I have that or not. My internet provider is Xfinity, and my router is a Motorola MG7550. I've never had this problem before.
