Yup... looks like poser alright... cheap and cheerful...
Find model on warez site, import into Poser, pull the rig around, set a few lights, hit render and for the finishing touch add the vaseline lens effect in PS... Bottom of the barrel of 3d "art".

Yes, that particular image was done using all free software. Here is the link to download DAZ 2.0 for Mac/PC. Scroll down a bit to see the download links.

The other program is Gimp, and here is the link to get that program for Mac. Good luck.
