I’m one of the people working on
an app that helps you waste less time with mindlessly scrolling stuff on your phone and use your device(s) for more meaningful things.
We spent some time figuring out the underlying techniques that keep you engaged in certain apps (e.g. social media) and have developed a program that helps you build healthy smartphone habits around that. The program is broken down into small practices where you learn something and apply that knowledge by doing certain tasks.
