I have an ATTO ExpressSAS R644 with the ATTO Config Tool installed. I get the following error message every time I boot into desktop:

"An unrecoverable error occurred initializing the ATTO Notification Service: Can't assign requested address."

Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of this message?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you just updated Java! Java 15
There are zero Java 14 updates on Apples site in which to revert and zero uninstalls:mad:!
The folks at ATTO said to just click OK and they were working on a fix. I have a cloned HD that is "unaffected". I deleted the Java folders from System>Library>Java and HD>Library>Java and replaced them from that "unaffected" HD.
The "A" is back on the top of the screen:D! There will zero Java updates for me:cool:!

You're exactly right. My MacPro went south (endless reboot loop) right after Apple's Software Update which included Java. ATTO's has an updated Config Utility. I, also, will stay away from the Java updates. Thanks.
