Title says it all! Which one will i get faster internet speeds?

Ethernet will more likely get you faster and more consistent speed.

They should be the same... Either way, they are both talking wirelessly to your internet router...

Direct wired to airport extreme will always be better than wifi. Go ethernet if you can.

My Airport Express is connect Wifi to my router.

Both being $100 devices but the Express being a somewhat devoted WiFidelity extender, I would hope it would yield a better/faster connection over a generalist like the ATV. Not all WiFi devices are created the same.

Worth a trial?
