ATV does not show up in iTunes 9

Ever since I downloaded iTunes 9, ATV does not show up. I've rebooted my computer, ATV, and router and nothing. I upgraded to 9.0.1.8 and it's still not there. I run Windows XP. ATV is up to date. I haven't tried removing it from devices under preferences because I don't want to wipe the ATV of it's contents. Any ideas?

I'm so sick of ATV not showing up in itunes I've decided to sell it. Last time I spend my money on something a company calls a "hobby". I should have known better

I forgot to mention the ATV is hooked up to my router via ethernet, my computer is wireless.

Let me know what you want for it, I love the thing and will be adding one to every bedroom in the house. Never a problem with it, but maybe that's because I don't hack it and the rest of the house is filled with all Apple hardware.

Now all i need is Apple to come out with a 32" iMac , and that will be my mac, appletv and HDTV all rolled into one

or

I may buy a 32" monitor and a mac mini.
