Recently I saw an advert (on this site as a matter of fact) for an "ATV mounting system" that lets you mount your ATV to the back of you TV. This device was, I think, $29 (plus shipping). Well, I got to thinking anout it, and decided, why not just use a couple strips of Velcro. So I secured a little bit of the stuff from a friend and put two 3 1/2" strips on the back of the ATV and the other part on a convenient spot on the back of my Sony Bravia TV. Guess what - it works like a champ! The RF still works fine because the signal bounces off the wall (not sure how this would work on a set that is not close to a wall). Anyway, it's a perfect and cheap solution if you want to mount your ATV out of site on the back of the TV. Just thought I'd pass the idea along.

Thank you for this idea.

I did this around 2 months ago and totally agree with you works great.

Your saying if I mount this to my wall mount, behind my TV, the signal (RF) still works fine??

The remote is IR, not RF.

As mikepro stated, the remote is IR but I can attest it still does work as long as you have adequate space between the wall and the TV. I have an Apple TV 2 mounted to the back of my TV mounted to the wall on our patio and am still able to use the standard Apple remote--granted, my TV is mounted in a corner immediately next to a large glass patio door so I'm guessing that facilitates the IR signal deflecting behind the TV.

Hmm I will test it out.. I dont have too much room between my TV and the wall..
