ATV Remote Interfears with my iMac Front Row

Ok, I've paired my remote to the ATV, but when I use it, it still has an effect on my iMac Front Row which is in the same room.

Anything I can do, other than moving the iMac to another room?

If you have another remote pair it with the iMac. I ran into this problem with my MacBook recently and that seemed to do the trick. Good luck.

You have to pair each computer or AppleTV to it's own remote. Otherwise your iMac will still pickup your AppleTV remote.

or, if you dont want to use a remote with your imac, just turn off remotes in the security prefs. thats what i did with my macbook since it is in the room with my imac that i use front row on a lot.
