ATV - Season Pass?

I looked through about 20 TV shows last night, but none of them offered the ability to purchase a season pass on the ATV? Is this a feature that is not offered, or is it just unfortunate timing with the Writer's Strike almost over?

My wife and I would love to just purchase a season pass for certain TV shows and be done with Cable.

I have not found a way to purchase a season pass directly on the AppleTV. However, if you buy it on your computer (the primary one you sync with your AppleTV). When the new episodes are available, it will download it and sync automatically.

I know its not what you are looking for, but honestly you are better off buying it on your computer. Why ? Backups

I personally look at everything on my AppleTV as temp storage.

i completely agree with you. however, if you buy off itunes on your computer, will you get the max resolution that buying off ATV offers?

ok, very tired eyes here from a long workweek, but i've checked about 10 shows. even on itunes i don't see season passes anymore. anyone see anything different?
