Apple TV ATV2 + Jailbreak + Plex... On Win

Can this be done?
I am trying to purchase the new ATV... to play my lib. of avi, mkv etc etc
I know I need to jailbreak the ATV, install Plex... can all this done with a windows?

The seas0npass jailbreak is mac only. I'm not sure Plex can play .avi and .mkv natively, but XBMC can.

Plex plugin requires Plex Media Server to stream from and PMS only exists on mac.

For windows XBMC is you best option and it works very well
