Apple TV ATV2 Jailbreak Question

I have an ATV2 I've had for a little over a year now. It's up to date and never been jailbroken. With ML and Airplay mirroring now, is it even worth it to JB? I would like to get rid of DirecTV after this NFL season and am looking for alternatives.
