I'm from the US so I don't know for sure about UK store shipments, but it seems pretty standard that the stores here are getting a small shipment of them daily (except Sunday) and them arriving sometime between 11:00am and 1:00pm. it might be the same for the UK.
Amazon is listing them as 5 in stock from 'ASK' on Tottenham Court Rd.

got my little black number in bristol yesterday.
very low profile on the shelves at the back with the bits and pieces. blue teeshirt said they had more in the back but couldn't put them out yet!
lovely little gadget, works a treat together with control from my touch and ipad. recommended.
