ATV2 won't recognize MobileMe account?

My wife and I each have a separate MobileMe account. I can get the ATV2 to recognize mine, but not hers. We've checked the name and password, and have confirmed we have them right, but the ATV2 refuses to recognize it as a valid account (we can't even get to the password prompt).

Has anyone else experienced this?
