ATV3: Vimeo is Unavailable (intermitted since latest update)

That's right, I watched about an hour last night before going to bed. Got up this morning and was prompted to update. I updated and now one in every three Vimeo video starts immediately results in a message stating Vimeo In Unavailable.

I can back out of the message and immediately try again and the video plays just fine. I have a second ATV3 that I have not yet implemented the update and this new behavior isn't seen on it.
