Sorry if this question has already been asked but I couldn't find the answer.
So here goes I have an iPod universal dock where I connected a 3.5mm cable from the Line Out (on the dock) to my Line In on my PowerBook. I go to my System Preferences > Output (Internal Speakers is selected) > Input (Line In is selected and the input level bar is moving therefore I know sound is being received) but I can't get the music to play through my PowerBook speakers. Is there something I'm missing?
BTW I can use WireTap Pro and record the music and I'm using Mac OS Tiger.
