Audio Hijack Pro Recording Input from Mic

How can I disable this?

I want it to only record an application, say Skype or Firefox. But, yet it uses the mic on my MB and I can hear myself talking as well as my keyboard.

How can I disable this?

I have it set as the source to Skype:

Audio Hijack Pro > Skype > Advanced > Mega Mix Mode

From Audio Hijack Pro Manual:

Note: If you wish to separate your audio onto one channel and the other party's audio on the other channel, turn on this option in the Advanced Hijacking options, by clicking the Advanced... button.
