Looking for advice.... I got an iPhone XS in early March.

Shortly after, I started experiencing audio issues on phone calls. I can’t hear what the other person is saying for anywhere from a second to 10 seconds.

Sometimes the other person can’t hear what I’m saying.

I’m with Bell (my provider) they did all their trouble shooting and told me it must be the phone.

Apple replaced my phone with another XS. However, the exact same thing is happening with the replacement phone, right from the first call.

It’s worth noting that while waiting for the replacement, I used my iPhone 6 for a week with zero issues.

On advice from Bell I’m using wifi calling, and it still happens. Also, it occurs regardless if I’m on speaker, headset, or blue tooth in my car.

I’ve called Bell again and they are trouble shooting, I’m waiting to hear from them.

I’m starting to wonder if it’s more of a general issue with the model.

Has anyone out there had a similar issue? If so what was the fix?

Thanks!

I have the same issue with my 11 Pro. I think the issue started after I started using WiFi Calling.
