I don't see posts about this issue... But since the update the audio will randomly cut out if I am wearing headphones (wired). Regardless of the app. From Netflix to NPR to Apple Music and Overcast... Completely cuts the audio out even though the content is still playing. I hadn't had many issues except 2 random reboots, but this audio thing is getting progressively worse. (iPhone 6S+)
