MP 7,1 Audio jack not work with my speaker (with buzz noise)

Mac Pro’s audio jack not work with my phantom speaker.
It’s not working under Mac OS monterey nor windows 10( I can hear system sound, but no sound when playing YouTube like). There are some buzz/noise when I plug the cable into both (please check my video). I tried to connect to my laptop(Sony), there was sound, but not at good level.

Is it related to my audio cable? But it did work before for my Mac > KEF lsx, it just transferred the same PCM audio source?

The buzz noise when plugging is normal. As far as not working, have you chosen the headphone jack in the Sound Control Panel?

Yes. Chose external headphone. Just tested with my iPad > speaker via 3.5mm headphone jack which didn’t work also. Just curious it made different for audio cable ?
