We recently upgraded to 13 Pro Max and after the latest update audio message no longer works. It’s greyed out - not a option. I see the option to record for others with iPhones but not for me or my husband’s phone. Also noticed our messages are SMS/MMS not iMessage. I called Apple but the rep couldn’t seem to figure out what the issue is.
Any suggestions?? Thanks!
