I am looking for a Audio Meter (Audio Signal Meter) kind of app for mac, i want to see the signals and all channels level of the video i play on mac, either its 2 ch or 7 ch. please help me finding it

There is a professional IOS application called "audiotools" for audio calibrations available from Studio Six Digital. It is an IOS/iPad application. Many various modules all with different pricing. Download from the IOS app store. You can run the IOS version on an M1 Mac as well.


You want to measure the sound coming from your mac? In that case it might be best to use the IOS app and microphone on an iPad/iPhone since you can make measurements in the exact listening position where your head would be. The IOS microphone is going to hear what your speakers are producing so in that sense number of channels is irrelevant. If you really care about calibration you can also purchase a more accurate test microphone:
