Hi,

For some reason when my BT headphones (Momentum 4) are connected and a call comes through, it automatically switches to the iPhone speaker which is super annoying. Every time I answer a call, I have to manually re-select the headphones and wait a couple of seconds before I can hear.

It never used to do this, and it happens with other BT headphones as well.

Anyone else experienced this or have any ideas?

Cheers,
Mythic

Did it start after an iOS update (18.1)? If so, you could try restarting the iPhone and re-pairing the headphones. But as it's happening with different headphones, I doubt it changes anything.

Take a look here if by any chance it is set to Speaker instead of Automatic:

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing

You could try to force Bluetooth Headset.

(Don't ask my why this menu is burried in "Touch" o_O)

If you have enabled VoiceOver, an additional setting is to be considered:
Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver > Audio > Auto-select Speaker in Call > Off

And while it should not make a difference, but make sure the headphones are actually set to "Headphone" and not something else here:
Settings > Bluetooth > [Momentum 4] > (i) > Device Type > Headphone
